1.1 Overview
The two-speed motor belongs to the pole-changing speed regulation of the asynchronous motor, and the number of pole pairs of the rotating magnetic field of the stator is changed by changing the connection method of the stator winding, thereby changing the speed of the motor. Two-speed motors are mainly used in coal mines, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. In addition, it is also widely used in textile, metallurgy, city gas, transportation, grain and oil processing, papermaking, medicine and other departments. As the main power equipment, two-speed motors are usually used to drive pumps, fans, compressors and other transmission machinery. It is suitable for teaching and skills training and assessment of related majors in vocational colleges, technical colleges, secondary vocational schools and technical schools.
